Handmade in Morocco, our Chestnut Tile Pouffe is a rich golden tan leather with intricate, decorative stitching adorning the panelled mosaic on the top.

At Bohemia we have been working with artisans in Marrakech for 25 years making traditional leather pouffes. A celebration of timeless, slow craft, the leather is cured in the ancient tanneries of the old city and then cut and oiled before being stitched by hand, one panel at a time. A true labour of love, the design is a bohemian classic which never seems to go out of style.

Natural leather pouffes add great character to home interiors and fit seamlessly into spaces of many different genres from bohemian homes to the most contemporary of city apartments.

A favourite boho home accessory, Moroccan Pouffes are versatile and functional around the home; use as a footrest or extra seat around the coffee table, they are also a great addition to kids rooms or nurseries. Please Note | Oil from a brand new Pouffe may transfer to other fabrics, so until it has settled in we recommend placing it on thick paper or card and avoiding contact with other furnishings.

Leather used for our Moroccan pouffes is a natural material, dyed by hand in a small artisanal workshop, and may have a residual scent that is totally natural and will fade once aired out. Any minor flaws and imperfections are characteristic of the materials and methods, and add to the beauty and character of the product and are not deemed as a fault.
